Anthroposuchus giganteus

Concept art strait to digital filmmaking; Creature design immediately to animation.

Lately I’ve been developing character and creature animation workflows for a couple smaller indie projects; it’s exciting to see ideas once reserved for big studios now taking shape for individual creators.

The process begins with classic concept art tools—ZBrush, Photoshop, Keyshot, Stable Diffusion—and moves into Framepack + WAN 2.2 for first-to-last-frame control. The next leap will be mastering middle frames with content-keyframe interpolation, motion guidance, and dynamic generation. More soon to come.

Despite the chaos I hope to continue to see big ideas from the minds of small teams.

Still plenty of work ahead, but I wanted to start sharing some early “concept animation” experiments.
