DEMONS ☠️ Concept art for #AgathaAllAlong

Early concept art for the Demon summoning scene, these were some exploratory designs I worked on for Costume Designer @danielselon while I was on Agatha All Along.

Because the demon was going to be puppeteered practically, I sculpted the initial design in @maxonzbrush so that we’d be able to visualize the actor’s proportions inside the suit, as well as be able to 3D print various elements (like the talons). The brilliant Specialty Costume team @ainstrains @tommyhauth helped me to get a better understanding of construction techniques, how the actor would manipulate the suit, what materials we could use- so that all of these could inform the design of the demon as I worked.

Super fun design to work on, and pretty challenging to find the right amount of scary for a Marvel show in Halloween season 🌘
